Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect and toxicity of Shenmai injection and Safflower yellow injection for acute exacarbetion of chronic heart failure. [Methods] The 72 patients in acute exacarbetion of chronic heart failure with deficiency of Qi and Yin syndrome were divided two groups randomly. Control group were treated by routine western medicine. Treat group were added with Shenmai injection and Safflower yellow injection with the underlaying of Western medicine for 10 days. [Results] The effective rate of the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, the improvement of heart function, and the brain natriuretic peptide in treat group were better than that in control group, significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.05). [Conclusion] Shenmai injection and Safflower yellow injection are effective for treatment for acute exacarbetion of chronic heart failure. |
