Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze the characteristics and possible reasons of the clinical adverse reactions of Salvia injection for providing some clinical reference. [Methods] The 167 cases of adverse reactions of Salvia injection were searched from 2002 to 2012 on CNKI database. All kinds of adverse reactions were counted and the reasons of related complications were analyzed for finding the preventive measures. [Results] Anaphylactic reaction was the main adverse reactions of clinical adverse reactions of Salvia injection in 167 patients and we speculated that it was not related with the active ingredients in Salvia injection. The bleeding adverse reactions, however, may be related with active ingredients and its occurrence rate was 2.99%. [Conclusion] Most of the adverse reactions of Salvia injection may be independent of its main active ingredient. The active ingredient may lead into bleeding and it should be paid on during its use. |
