| Zuojin pill is usually used to treat the fire-flourishing syndrome of Liver meridian. Based on its clinical practice the doctors in later ages continually deepen the understanding of the clinical efficacy of Zuojin pill. Professor ZHANG Bo-li has indicated that "the effect of Zuojin pill in treating liver-fire is achieved by regulating the Qiji of the middle jiao."Xinkai Kujiang (pungent drugs can disperse and bitter drug can descend) is a method of regulating the Qiji of the middle jiao. Attention must be paid to the clinical guidance of the classical proscription, inheriting and servicing the clinical treatment better. |
