Study on intervention of essential hypertension group by preventive treating combined with health management |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate effect of the methods of preventive treatment of disease and health management on hypertension stage I~II disease. [Methods] The 120 patients with essential hypertntion in stage I~II were randomly divided into two groups. The treat-ment group of 70 cases were treated by the method of preventive treatment of disease (dispersing the stagnated liver-Qi and activating blood circulation) combined with health management. In control group, 50 cases received health management only. Four weeks were a course and two courses were treated. Blood pressure, blood flow changes, and bood lipids (triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein) were observed before and after treatment. [Results] Compared with control group, changes of blood pressure, hemorheology, blood lipids and symptoms in treatment group improved significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance of indicators changes before and after treatment in the control group (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Effect of the method of preventive treatment of disease and health management on hypertension stage I~II disease is obvious, and better than health management intervention only. |
