| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect of the rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine of patients with COPD. [Methods] The 80 cases of COPD patients were divided into 2 groups according to random number table, 40 cases in each group, control group pa-tients given routine therapy, observation group in the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional treat-ment, 15 days later, detect two groups of patients with pulmonary ventilation function (FVC, FEV1/FVC, FEV1%), use of st. George's respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) to evaluate two groups of patients quality of life. [Results] Set of pulmonary ventilation function ob-served was better than control group (P<0.05). The observation group in the SGRQ symptom, limited activity, disease affects the dimen-sion and total score were decreased (P<0.01). The observation group in improving disease in patients with cognitive situation was better than control group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] COPD rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine clinical application effect can sig-nificantly improve the rehabilitation effect of patients and quality of life. |
