| Abstract

| [Objective] Treat the patients of acute nasosinusitis with TCM intervene,specifically with antro-puncture and irrigation, then observed the curative effect. [Methods] Totally 66 cases of acute nasosinusitis were divided randomly into the treatment group with 33 cases and control group with another 33 cases. After antro-puncture and irrigation were given to both group, and the TCM decoction was added to the treatment group with antibiotics to control group. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. [Results] The total effective rate of TCM treatment group and antibiotics control group was 93.94% and 78.79% respectively. The curative effect of TCM experiment group was su-perior to that of the control group P<0.01. [Conclusion] TCM intervention can significantly improve the curative effect for the patients with acute nasosinusitis. |
