Abstract
[Objective] Through the comparative research of the quality of the substituent cultivated Fuling and traditional pine timber cultivated Fuling the content of active ingredients was analyzed and the quality of substituent cultivated Fuling was explored. [Methods] Using UV spectrophotometry (UV-Vis) the total polysaccharides and total triterpenoid were detected and the Poria acid, the effective con-tent of Fuling, was detected with RP-HPLC. The extracted ratio of Fuling was detected by dry cream constant weight measuring. [Results] Every content indicators of substituent cultivated Fuling were higher than that of pine timber cultivated Fuling. Scored with wightening showed that substituent C and F were tied for the first place, while the traditional pine timber cultivated Fuling occupied the last position. [Conclusion] The comparative studies on each indicators of substituent cultivated Fuling and pine timber cultivated Fuling have provided some reference evidences for the future application of the substituent cultivated Fuling and laid an excellent foundation for the future re-search of the substituent cultivated Fuling.
