Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the chemical constituents of flavonoids from the ethyl acetate-extracted fraction of persimmon leaves. [Methods] Column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolated constituents. A combination of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis was used to identify the structures of constituents. [Results] Six compounds were obtained, and their structures were identified as genistein, isorhamnetin, Quercetin-7-O-β-D-rhamnoside, quercetin, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, rutin. [Conclusion] Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were isolated from persimmon leaves for the first time. |
