Abstract
[Objective] To prepare an evaluating scale about curative effect in treating TCM syndromes of infantile anorexia (feeding dis-order). Using Delphi method for item selection and optimization a clinical investigation scale was formed for the application in the next step of clinical investigation.[Methods] On the basis of the prepared pool of items previously, a investigation scale of curative effect from experts about TCM syndromes of infantile anorexia (feeding disorder) was established. The evaluations of importance were performed twice and the results were analyzed statistically. Using dual indexes of mean variation of >4 and variance coefficient of < 0.4 the items were screened. [Results] The active index of two rounds of investigation from experts was 100%with a good concentrated opinion and co-ordinated degree. In addition, the authority of experts was satisfied. We removed 35 items and 10 items by two round of screening, re-spectively. Finally, a clinical investigation scale containing 30 items was formed eventually. [Conclusion] The results possess a strong ex-perts'representative, high positivity and authority, and preferable degree of opinion concentration and coordination. It is suggested that using Delphi method to process items-screening is available.
