Clinical research on Jingjin therapy combined with nerve function reconstruction in treating spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jingjin (musculature of meridian) therapy combined with nerve function reconstruction on limb spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction. [Methods] The 60 patients met with diagnosed and incorporated standard were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 30 cases in each group. Control group accepted routine treatment; while observation group received Jinjing therapy combined nerve function reconstruction on the basis of routine therapy. Ashworth, Fugl-Meyer, Barthel, NIHSS and CSS were taken as the evaluation indexes. [Results] Two kinds of treatment plan obtained certain effect, the curative effect in observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] Comprehensive program of Jingjin therapy combined nerve function reconstruction can treat spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction. The effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
