| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Tangshenkang (hypoglycemic treating in patients with diabetic nephropathy) capsule on urine microabluminand blood fat in patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ period. [Methods] Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment of modern medicine, including treatment with medicines for decreasing blood sugar and blood pressure. The treatment group was treated by oral Tangshenkang capsule on the basis of the treatment used in the control group. Six weeks is 1 treatment course. Two courses later the therapeutic effect was observed. The urine microablumin, blood cholesterol and triglyceride index and so on in two groups were observed. [Results] In the treatment group, the urine microablumin and blood cholesterol, triglycerides were significantly decreased respectively before and after treatment(P<0.05) and obviously better than that in control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Tangshenkang capsule on diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ period is sure. It can improve blood circulation, and reduce the excretion of urine microablumin. It suggests that Tangshenkang capsule has significant effects on urine microablumin and has important significance for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. |
