Establishment of integrated intervention model in community Zhuang medicine and assessment of implementation effect in persons with overweight and obesity

Abstract
    [Objective] To explore the establishment of integrated intervention model of community Zhuang medicine and implementation effect in treating overweight and obesity. [Methods] The 300 patients with overweight and obesity were selected. They were randomly divided into Zhuang medicine comprehensive treatment group (observation group) and conventional treatment group (control group). After treatment the therapeutic effect of patients in two groups were observed and the difference of psychological and physical symptom were detected and evaluated using SCL-90, SSRS, EPQ(for adult). [Results] After treatment, the effective rate of observation group was 92.00% and is better than that in control group (75.33%) with statistical significance (P<0.05). At the same time, the total sore of SCL-90, the number of positive items, positive average score, somatic factors, forcing factors, depression factors, anxiety factors, interpersonal factor and total score of SSPS, objective support, subjective support, support utilization and N, P, L value in EPQ evaluation in observation group were all lower than that in control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The comprehensive intervention mode, based on Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion, Zhuang medicine massage, weight losing prescription and accompanied by the propaganda and education of Zhuang medical knowledge can not only effectively increase the curative effect of patients with overweight and obesity but can also help for the improvement of psychological and physical symptom in patients.
