Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a multi-index system for comprehensive evaluating the quality of Radix Peucedani and analyzing the quality differences in Radix Peucedani from different habitats.[Methods] The moisture content, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, ethanol-soluble extracts and the contents of praeruptorin A and B of Radix Peucedani from different habitats were detected by HPLC. Then combining the indexes mentioned above a quality evaluation system for Radix Peucedani was established, which could be used to assess the quality for Radix Peucedani from different habitats.[Results] The detection results of moisture content, ash, acid-insoluble ash and contents of praeruptorin A and B indicated that these contents in all samples were met the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2010 edition.[Conclusion] The quality of Radix Peucedani from different habitats can be assessed and controlled by the quality evaluation system established by multipoint test in this research. |
