Abstract
|
Color, as an important attribute in identifying Chinese medicine, is a basic method for rapid screening of varieties and quality in Chinese medicine. It has a strong practical value. But for the Chinese medicine the color expression is always vague and is difficult to form a unified cognition for the same kind of Chinese medicine color. Also, the objective expression of the color in Chinese medicine has no progress, because of the complexity of texture in Chinese medicine itself and the various existed progressing methods. So this important characteristic of the color in Chinese medicine did not fully play its due role in the practical application. From a practical point of view, with the help of image scanning, background removed, edge extraction and some other modern digital acquisition and analysis technology, this article has conducted a preliminary study on the acquisition and application of color in Chinese medicine, strive to relatively objective, accurately describing the color of Chinese medicine and make that it can be measured and compared, making this important feature of Chinese medicine which can play its practical role greater. |
