| Heart palpitation is the disease that the patients are able to detect the heart disordered beating, feeling horribly sick, or even are not able to control themselves. Professor LI Jin-qian always according to the clinical presentation. He generally uses the Shengmai San, Linggui Zhugan decoction, Shengxian decoction to treat the heart palpitation, when basis the rule of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and achieving a better clinical efficiency. The paper mainly introduces Professor LI Jin-qian applications and modified uses the Shengmai San, Linggui Zhugan decoction and the Shengxian decoction to treat the heart palpitation and so on. In the specific applications, doctors should treat patients according to the chief complaint and clinical syndrome differentiation. Patients with partial pink or pink tongue, less coated tongue, thin veins can be treated by Shengmai san. Patients with limbs not warm lower extremity edema, back cold and other symptoms, many more can be treated by Linggui Zhugan decoction. Patients with shortness of breath, chest tightness, difficult breathing connection, many more can be treated by Shengxian decoction. |
