Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and influence of Tanreqing injection on neutrophil elastase(NE) in treating bronchiectasis through bronchoalveolar lavage. [Methods] The 60 cases of bronchiectasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received basic conventional treatment and combined with bronchoscopy alveolar lavage treatment, the treatment group received control group's treatment and combined with Tanreqing injection through bronchoalveolar lavage. The clinical efficacy and changes of NE were evaluated. [Results] The overall effective rate of two group were 64.5% and 65.5%respectively without statistical difference (P>0.05). The value of OD and density was decreased after treatment, with a statistical difference (P>0.05). Comparing with the value of OD and density between two groups before and after treatment, there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Tanreqing injection can improve the clinical symptom of patients with bronchiectasis and decrease the number of NE in the airway after bronchoalveolar lavage. |
