Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the TCM syndrome characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux disease and the syndrome differentiation in Cangzhou. [Methods] We reviewed the literature and the previous cases, made the syndrome of TCM questionnaire. The patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were investigated in Cangzhou, then the syndromes identified and the characteristics of TCM syndrome type of the gastroesophageal reflux disease were summarized eventually. [Results] Among the 300 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, it was found that insufficiency of spleen Yang and the weakness of the spleen and stomach were common, bile and stomach heat and incoordination of lung and stomach were located at the second place, and the deficiency of stomach Yin and stomach discomfort due to liver cold were less. [Conclusion] The treatment of this disease should be warm nourishing spleen Yang, regulating and tonifying the spleen and stomach, dissipating dampness and promoting the circulation of Qi, eliminating stagnation. It should be treated by warming, clearing heat, tonifying and eliminating according to patient's age, constitution, severity of the condition. |
