Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a method for quality control of Licorice polysaccharide. [Methods] Using high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC) for determining the Molecular Weight (MW) and Molecular Weight Distribution of Licorice Polysaccharide; TOSOH TSK gel G4000 PWXL was used as column. Mobile phase was 0.7% Na2SO4 aqueous solution at 0.8 mL/min, column temperature at 40 ℃, injection volume as 20 μL. Detector was differential refraction detector. [Results] The MW of Licorice Polysaccharides was 8.0×104~1.0×105 with good linearity, precision and reproducibility. [Conclusion] This determination method is simple, rapid and accurate. It provides a reference for the quality control of licorice polysaccharide large-scale production. |
