| Abstract

| Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) potency is based on accumulated experience in the long-term health care practice from China's ancient doctors, but long-term since only qualitative description but no quantitative standards. In view of "from the clinic, back to the clinic", this paper has established a research method of expert assessment by the psychological research paradigm "Expert and Novice", and systematically development the theory, scale design, pre experiment and questionnaire survey research. Statistical analysis was performed on the quantization data of traditional Chinese medicine potency by experts and students group, found that two groups of different questionnaire survey data have a high consistency, and the sequence with the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia has high consistency, method of expert assessment will establish the theory and technical methods for quantization of traditional Chinese medicine potency. |
