Abstract
|
Thrombosis is a major cause or disease leading to myocardial infarction, cerebral embolism and other serious which threats to human life and health. The mechanisms of thrombosis, treatment of thrombotic diseases, thrombolytic drug research and development, all need a reliable animal model to support. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on establishing a model for the diagnosis and treatment of thrombosis. Thrombosis rat model helps us to understand the formation and development of thrombosis, as well as the prevention and treatment of thrombosis in drug evaluation of new methods that prevent and treat thrombosis. We summarize the ferric chloride model, ligation model, narrow model, electrolytic models, photochemical models, and a comparison of their advantages and disadvantages. |
