The bibliometric manalysis of lipidomics research in China |

Abstract
|
[Objective] Literature domestic lipidomics were analyzed to understand the status of research lipidomics. [Methods] We col-lected since 2003 lipidomics literature, and used NoteExpress3.0, Bicomb2.0 and SPSS19.0 software for bibliometric analysis. [Results] A total of 74 valid documents were screened out. The amount of literature published were on the rise. The top three institutions were Tianjin University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Beijing Union Medical College. Through the analysis of 18 high-frequency keywords we got 5 hot topics. [Conclusion] Domestic lipidomics research is still in its initial stage. Inflam-mation lipidomics research needs to be further deepened. |
