Abstract
[Objective] To observe the morphological changes of liver tissue in order to discuss and verify the pathology effects on liver tissue of Yigan Jiangzhi Fang (YGJZF) on alcoholic fatty liver in rats. [Methods] The experiments were divided into 3 stages. A total of 245 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: blank group 15, model group 50, YGJZF group 180. Rats were given fat diet and alcohol feeding to establish alcoholic fatty liver model, and were separately corresponding intervention, rats in each group were stained with HE to make pathological slices at the same position of liver tissue, observed the changes of morphological liver tissue of three groups of rats. [Results] The degree of rats liver tissue injury in YGJZF group was lighter than in the model group, and the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion] YGJZF can reduce the pathological injury of liver tissue of alcoholic fatty liver in rats, has a positive protection effect on alcoholic fatty liver.
