Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the best percolation extraction condition of Radix Angelicae Pubescent coumarin. [Methods] L9 (34) orthogonal experimental method was used to study the effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, soaking time on the contents of osthole, columbianetin acetate, columbianetin and columbianadin in Radix Angelicae Pubescent extract. [Results] Ethanol concentration was the main factor of affecting percolation, and the optimum extraction was 75% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio of 1:8,soak 8 hours. [Conclusion] This method could be used as the best percolation extraction process of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis coumarin. |
