| Abstract

| [Objective] To analyze the law of compatibility of medicines of depression in the journal literature, provide the reference for the clinical treatment. [Methods] Screening of prescriptions of treating depression in the journal literature, proceeding information stan-dardization, application of association rules of data mining technology of itemsets, frequent itemsets and association rules to analyze the prescriptions. [Results] We screened a total of 90 prescriptions, the highest frequency herbs were Qi-activating herbs, followed by Qitonifying, tranquilizer, heat clearing and blood activating drugs, the highest frequency herb pairs were Baizhu-Chaihu, the frequency was 43 times; the highest frequency herbs were Chaihu, Gancao, Fuling, Baishao, Yujin, Danggui, Suanzaoren, Baizhu, Xiangfu, Banxia; drug pair correlation analysis showed that drug pair of the highest of confidence and importance was Taoren-Honghua. [Conclusion] Prescrip-tions and herbs of treating depression are precise and appropriate, according to the basic pathogenesis of depression, it can provide some reference for traditional Chinese medicine clinical treatment of depression. |
