| Abstract
|
| [Objective] By observing immunosuppressive effects of Red Raspberries juice in immunosuppressed mice, investigate mechanism of Red Raspberry improves immunological function. [Methods] The spleen and thymus index of immunosuppressed mice were detected. The IFN-γ and IL-4 levels of serum in mice were detected by ELISA method and th IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio were calculated. [Results] Red Raspberries juice has significant inhibitory effects on immunosuppressed mice thymus and spleen index declined; and the serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were significantly increased, IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio markedly decreased. [Conclusion] Red Raspberries juice had a certain effect on heightening immunity. |
