Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the clinical effects of Shunaoxin dropping pills on blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic cerebral circulation. [Methods] The 100 patients met the inclusion criteria of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 50 cases (Shunaoxin dropping pills), control group (nimodipine) of 50 cases. Changes of symptom score, transcranial doppler (TCD), blood flow after 4 weeks were observed. [Results] 1) About clinical symptoms score and efficacy, two groups of cerebral blood deficiency symptom score were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Two groups of insomnia symptoms score were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). 2) About improvement of cerebral blood flow, pulsatility index (PI) decreased the TCD detection results of middle cerebral artery (MCA) and basilar artery (BA) in treatment group after treatment. There were significant differences compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group left MCA and BA PI in comparison with the control group, and there were significant differences (P<0.05). Flow rate between the two left groups, the control group had higher efficiency than the treatment group, and there was obvious difference (P<0.05). Blood flow velocity showed no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Shunaoxin dropping pills can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency of blood deficiency and blood stasis, capable of bidirectional regulation of cerebral blood flow velocity, improve vascular compliance, improve cerebral perfusion |
