Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinic effect of pelvic inflammatory disease's sequela of damp-heat accumulated syndrome with Chinese herbs enema-iontophoresis method. [Methods] To divide 96 patients of pelvic inflammatory disease's sequela of damp-heat accumulated syndrome into two groups randomly, 48 patients of treatment group was used Chinese herbs enema-iontophoresis method, and the control group was given Fuke Qianjin capsules. Three course of the treatment were used, and the improvement of fore-and-aft symptoms, syndromes were observed. [Results] After one course of treatment, the scores of primary symptoms(pain, leucorrhea), minor symptoms, and Local signs had improved, but there were no significant differences between fore-and-aft interpolation scores. After three courses of treatment, the scores of pain, leucorrhea, minor symptoms, and local signs had improved. There were significant differences between fore-and-aft interpolation scores of pain and syndromes. The treatment group was better than the control group. There were no significant differences in the scores of leucorrhea and minor symptoms. [Conclusion] Treatment with Chinese herbs enema-iontophoresis method has satisfying effect, which can obviously improve pain and syndromes of pelvic inflammatory disease's sequela, safe without side effects. Because of its clinical value, it is deserved for clinic promotion and further study. |
