Abstract

Africa is the second largest continent in the world,and the majority of its population use traditional medicine to meet their primary health care neecls.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has achieved certain development in Africa. This paper is aimed at describing the development and expansion of TCM in Africa, highlighting the contribution of TCM practitioners, identifying the main challenges & offer possible recommendations to address the challenges. |
