Abstract

Ixeris sonchifoia(Bge.) Hance is a commonly used traditional medicinal and edible herb, the compositae family, widely distributed in China, also called Kudiezi. In recent years, with the depending of research, its medicinal values continue to be found and rang of applications to be grown. Particularly, in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, it has a significant effect. Therefore, this article reviews the progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Ixeris sonchifoia in recent years, provides available information for more research and exploitation. |
