The therapeutic effects were evaluated after treating for eight weeks. [Results] In the treatment group, serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and uric acid (UA) were reduced, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) was increased, which had significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.01). It had significant difference compared with control group that the SCr and BUN were reduced, GFR was increased in the treatment group(P<0.01). The UA in the control group was reduced, which had significant difference compared with treatment group(P<0.01).
