| Abstract

| [Objective] Inspect the impact that secrum has Wenyang Tongqiao prescription on C6 glioma proliferation. [Methods] Utilize MTT to determine the inhibition effect that the sample has to the grow of tumor cell cultivated in vitro, and to determine the inhibition effect that the different dosages of Wenyang Tongqiao prescription of traditiond Chinese medicinef(TCM) have to C6 glioma in different times of drug metabolism (2 h,4 h,6 h),at the same time, comparing the blank control group. [Results] IC50 of Wenyang Tongqiao prescription that impact on the C6 glioma is 30.29 μg/mL approximately and has less cytotoxic effect. Under the 10% concentration secrum,drug metabolism after 2 h,4 h,6 h, the inhibition rates that the high and low dosages to C6 glioma are 30.22%,21.6%,28.3% and 32.87%,9.86%,47.98%. [Conclusion] Wenyang Tongqiao prescription has certain inhibitory effect on C6 glioma proliferation, but this effect has no relationship with time and dosages, this result perhaps has a relationship with the drug metabolism and the secondary active products. |
