Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the synergy effects between Xinfukang and Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSC) in the expression of GATA4 and Cx43 in Cardiac stem cells(CSC). [Methods] BMSC were obtaining by the whole bone marrow adherent method, and the purity was evaluated by flow cytometry. Xinfukang convalescent serum were analyzed through high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and then used for cell co-culture system. Real-time quantitative PCR were used to detect the expression of GATA4 and Cx43 in groups of CSC. [Results] GATA4 and Cx43 in the Xinfukang group were increased significantly(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Xinfukang collaborative with BMSC can increase the expression of GATA4 and Cx43in CSC. |
