Abstract
|
[Objective] Through analyzing spleen and stomach system disease's misdiagnosis and mistreatment in Expression on Bureau Prescriptions, in order to serve as a guide and improve modern age Chinese physician's efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine's (TCM) clinical treatments. [Methods] To carry out analysis and collateral research regarding on spleen and stomach system disease's misdiagnosis and mistreatment in Expression on Bureau Prescriptions and to display the characteristics of ZHU Zhen-heng's understanding on spleen and stomach system disease's misdiagnosis and mistreatment. [Results] The characteristics of ZHU Zhen-heng's view on spleen and stomach system disease's misdiagnosis and mistreatment are stated as follow: 1)Dispensary Bureau Prescriptions has misleading TCM knowledge in treating spleen and stomach system diseases,resulting in spleen and stomach system disease's misdiagnosis and mistreatment. 2) Spleen and stomach system disease's misdiagnosis and mistreatment aroused by Dispensary Bureau Prescriptions can be divided into 2 major categories: mistakes in diagnosis and mistakes in treatment. 3) Mistakes in diagnosis includes negligence in investigating the disease origin, considering every diseases caused by coldness and mistakes in diagnosing Cold-Heat-Deficiency-Excess syndromes. 4) Mistakes in treatment include “treating a multitude of diseases with single prescription”, abusing Acrid-Fragrant-Dry-Hot herbal medicines in prescriptions, using arsenic-lead-alumen-mercury containing medicines to remove fouling, changing decoction-form prescriptions to pill-form prescriptions, using high-dose prescriptions to eliminate pathogens and mistakes in nourishing. [Conclusion] ZHU Zhen-heng had pointed out the common problems of spleen and stomach system disease's misdiagnosis and mistreatment in Expression on Bureau Prescriptions, which demonstrates his unique understanding in TCM and would be a guidance and reference for the spleen and stomach system disease treatments to the Chinese physicians in modern era. |
