| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the effect of removing turbidity and detoxication decoction combined with metformin on serum GLP-1 in patients with type 2 diabetes. [Methods] Select patients with type 2 diabetes who belong to turbidity and detoxication syndrome, and divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group added removing turbidity and detoxication decoction on basis of conventional treatment. Evaluate the clinical symptoms and signs, also detect blood glucose, insulin, GLP-1 and other biochemical indexes after 8 weeks. [Results] The two groups showed no difference before treatment. Compared with the control group after treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of treatment group significantly improved, blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels remarkably decreased(P<0.05), GLP-1 secretion increased obviously(P<0.01), but no differences in insulin level. [Conclusion] The blood sugar regulation effect of removing turbidity and detoxication decoction may be related to the promoting secretion of GLP-1. |
