Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the inhibition of Xiaoyan decoction and decomposed recipe on A549 in vitro and its possible mechanism. Explore the most effective composition and concentration of Xiaoyan decoction. [Methods] According to the effect, Xiaoyan decoction was divided into three groups: Qingre Jiedu group, Huoxue Huayu group and Yiqi Fuzheng group. Use CCK 8 method to detect proliferation activity of A549 lung adenocarcinoma cancer cells. [Results] Groups had obvious inhibitory effect of cancer cell activity. The inhibition of strength in the order was Xiaoyan decoction group, Qingre Jiedu group, Huoxue Huayu group and Yiqi Fuzheng group. [Conclusion] Xiaoyan decoction and decomposed recipe groups have obvious inhibitory effect on A549 cells activity. Xiaoyan decoction (50 g/L) shows more inhibition on A549 cells with the lowest cell viability and is time-dependent. Effect of Qingre Jiedu group is close to Xiaoyan decoction, and suggests that Qingre Jiedu group is the most effective components for anti-tumor effect of the experiment in vitro of Xiaoyan decoction.
