| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect of the Bushen Kangshuai tablet in patients with T2DM and hyperlipidemia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. [Methods] The 80 patients were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and therapy group(40 cases). All patients used alimentary control and conventional athletic therapy. Patients in the control group went on to be treated by Metformin and Acarbose. The method of drug administration of Metformin was 3 times one day and 500 mg once. The method of drug administration of Acarbose was 3 times one day and 50 mg once. Patients in the therapy group were given the Bushen Kangshuai tablet that the method of drug administration is 3 times one day and 6 tablet once on the basis of previous therapy. After 8 weeks, the changes of FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C, the curative effect of hyperlipidemia, the curative effect and score of Chinese medical science syndrome were observed before and after administration. [Results] FBG, TC, TG, LDL-C and Chinese medical science syndrome of therapy group were more significantly improved than pretherapy therapy group and fter adiministration control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The data of HDL-C of therapy group had the elevated trend,but it dad not more statistically and significantly improved than pretherapy of control group (P>0.05). The total effective rate of hyperlipemia and chinese medical science syndrome of therapy group were more significant superiority than control group(P<0.01). [Conclusion] FBG, TC, TG, LDL-C and Chinese medical science syndrome can be significantly improved by using the Bushen Kangshuai tablet in patients with T2DM and hyperlipidemia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The clinical curative effect of hyperlipidemia and Chinese medical science syndrome was notable too. |
