Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe effect of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan combined with with Western medicine basic treatment on the severe mycoplasma pneumonia. [Methods] The 40 cases conformed to the research plan, according to the 1:1 ratio were randomly divided into experimental group(given Ganlu Xiaodu Dan decoction), and control group, two groups all combined with western medicine foundation treatment, treatment course was 2 weeks, mainly to observe curative effect, antifebrile effect, mental state and recovery time of gastrointestinal function and other indicators. [Results] The disease recovery rate, total antifebrile time, mental state and recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group wass better than that of control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Ganlu Xiaodu Dan can adjuvant treat children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma(dampness and heatness symdrome), significantly improve the clinical symptoms dampness and heatness symdrome, shorten the course of the disease, reduce the cost of treatment. |
