Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Marvelon and Guchong decoction on abnormal uterine bleeding of non-pregnant reproductive women.[Methods] The 58 patients who were suffering abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group. Patients were treated with marvelon and Guchong decoction in treatment group and with marvelon only in control group.[Results] The total effective rate was 96.9% in treatment group, which was superior to 73.1% in control group(P<0.05). The recurrent rate of abnormal uterine bleeding was 6.3% in treatment group and 30.8% in control group respectively(P<0.05). The former was much lower than the latter.[Conclusion] Marvelon and Guchong decoction have a significant effect for abnormal uterine bleeding of non-pregnant reproductive women, which is much better than marvelon use only. |
