Clinical observation of Bushentongdu massage on 60 cases with ankylosing spondylitis |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe effect of Bushentongdu massage on ankylosing spondylitis. [Methods] The 60 cases of AS was divided into two groups, the control group of 30 cases, treatment group of 30 cases. The control group was treated with oral salazosulfapyridine enteric coatel tablet (SASP), and the treatment group was treated with Bushentongdu massage on the basis of oral SASP, 7 days as a course of treatment, 4 courses of treatment were observed, taking resting pain VAS score, Bath measurement index, the time of morning stiffness, and peripheral joint swelling as observation index. [Results] The Bath dose index (P=0.013 5;P=0.037 2), VAS scores (P=0.037 7;P=0.016 0), morning stiffness scores (P=0.000 1;P=0.000 1) in the treatment group was better than control group after 2 courses of treatment and 4 courses of treatment, it had significant differences. Compared with control group, the joint smelling scores after 2 courese of treatment and 4 courses of treatment in treatment group had no obvious improving, and there was no significant differeces(P=0.143 8;P=0.310 4). [Conclusion] Bushentongdu massage has clear effect on ankylosing spondylitis, and the combination with oral SASP is better than that oral Western medicine only. |
