Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish chronic stage model of the nerve root cervical spondylosis in the rat through simulation of chronic cervical intervertebral disc and zygapophyseal joints degeneration. [Methods] The 48 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, model group and false operation group, and observation of intervertebral disc degeneration by cervical spine lateral X-ray respectively 1 d of preoperative and 29 d of postoperative, and detecting the right brachial plexus nerve sensory nerve and motor nerve conduction velocity, recording electrophysiological changes. [Results] The model could obviously change of intervertebral disc and nerve conduction function damage changes. [Conclusion] The method of simulation of chronic cervical intervertebral disc and zygapophyseal joints degeneration could reflect a chronic stage model of the nerve root cervical spondylosis. |
