| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Survey the change law of the content of serum GC, ACTH and MT of healthy university undergraduates in four seasons, to investigate the features and change law of microcosmic indexes about endocrine secretion of human under physiological condition in four seasons, and to analyze the correlation among the materies mentioned above, neuroticism and life events. [Methods] This research was undertook from 308 subjects who were university undergraduates came from 3 universities of Chinese medicine in Beijing, Shandong and Shanxi. The personality of subjects was surveyed through EPQ-RSC on selection phase, and the healthy condition and life events of subjects were surveyed by using the questionnaire compiled by the research group and Adolescent Self-rating life events check list on 7 days pre and post the solar term of Dong zhi. Blood samples were collected on 7 days pre and post Dong Zhi, Chun Fen, Xia Zhi and Qiu Fen, and the content of serum GC, ACTH and MT were tested uniformly. The change of the contents of the microcosmic indexes in four seasons and the difference of the contents between 2 groups that were grouped by the score of neuroticism and life events were analyzed by the software of SPSS 20.0. [Results] The difference of contents of serum GC, ACTH and MT was significant among four seasons. The contents of serum GC was maximum in Dong Zhi, and it was lowest in Xia Zhi. The contents of serum ACTH and MT was maximum in Xia Zhi, and it was lowest in Chun Fen. The contents of serum GC of subjects with high score of neuroticism and life events is lower than the subjects with low score significantly in Dong Zhi, and it's higher than the subjects with low score significantly in Chun Fen and Qiu Fen. The contents of serum ACTH and MT of subjects with high score of neuroticism and life events was higher than the subjects with low score significantly in the solar term of Xia Zhi. The trend and change range of serum GC, ACTH and MT were different between two groups. More uncomfortable aesthema such as depression and preference for sighing were performed on subjects with high score of neuroticism and life events, and these aesthema seemed like the performances of the lack of liver controlling dredging according to traditional Chinese medicine. [Conclusion] The contents of serum GC, ACTH and MT of healthy people had change law in four seasons, and the contents of these indexes were correlated to neuroticism and life events closely. The difference might relate to whether liver controlling dredging displayed well according to traditional Chinese medicine. |
