Abstract
|
[Objective] Discussion of recurrent stroke (RS) risk factors, provide the basis for the prevention of stroke recurrence. [Methods] Take retrospective survey research methods, extraction 2012 between June to September in the unit met the inclusion criteria hospitalized stroke patients, investigated the common risk factors for stroke patients, analysis of the relationship between risk factors for recurrent stroke by Logistic regression analysis. [Results] The study included 315 cases of stroke patients, including first stroke (first stroke, FS) patients with 178 cases, RS patients with 137 cases. Analysis showed those four factors as age, personality, high blood pressure, family history had statistical significance. Where older (OR=1.03, 95%CI 1.00~1.05), hypertension underlying diseases (OR= 2.42, 95%CI 1.28~4.56), family history (OR=2.22, 95%CI 1.24~3.99) were risk factors rather mild personality trends protective factor (OR=0.48, 95%CI0.28~0.82). [Conclusion] Age, personality, hypertension, family history and the incidence of recurrent stroke are closely related. |
