Abstract
[Objective] Analyze and evaluate the soil quality, through the determination of the contents of the inorganic elements (Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, K, Ca, Mg, Pb, Cd) from eight representive areas in Tianjin Jixian county and rhizosphere soil samples of major frequently-used medical materials. Try to lay the foundation of plantation of Tianjin wild traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] Contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, K, Ca, Mg were carried out by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Pb, Cd were carried out by furance atomic absorption spectrophotometry and electric heating wet digestion. [Results] There were many contents among Fe, K, Ca, Mg which were major elements and the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb were the same level, through the determination of eight natural soil samples. The contents of Cd slightly exceeded the standard in one area, but did not impact on the ecological environment and the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, did not exceed the standard, through the determination of contents of heavy metal elements. The inorganic contents level from the rhizosphere soil samples of medical materials were correspond to the level of natural areas of Jixian. [Conclusion] It is moderate for the contents of soil inorganic elements and reach to the natural level in Tianjin Jixian and the overall soil quality is good.
