| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of microwave on rheumatoid arthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. [Methods] The 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly assigned for traditional Chinese medicine control group and treatment group treated by microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Observation period was half a month, to compare the time of morning stiffness. The number of joint pain, ESR and RF changed before and after treatment and clinical curative effect between two group. [Results] Compared morning stiffness, joint pain, RF, ESR of two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P<0.05); compared morning stiffness, the number of joint pain between two groups after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05); compared RF, ESR between two groups after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05). The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 83.3%, and the total effective rate of microwave combined with Chinese medicine group was 93.3%. The efficacy of microwave combined with Chinese medicine was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and the experimental index of rheumatoid arthritis, and no adverse reactions are found. |
