Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the technology of optimal water extraction and alcohol precipitation for Qifang Bimin granules with Multi-index. [Methods] The study employed the extraction rate of astragaloside IV and paeoniflorin as evaluation indexes to investigate extraction conditions. We also investigate alcohol precipitation condition in the metastatic rate of astragaloside IV and paeoniflorin as detective index. [Results] The optimal water extraction and alcohol precipitation was extracted 3 times, with 12 folds the amount of water, 1.5 h for each time. The extracts were concentrated to the relative density of 1.15~1.20 (60℃) with the concentration of alcohol precipitation 60%. [Conclusion] Optimized water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology was reasonable and feasible and it could provide a reference for industrial production of Qifang Bimin granules.
