Abstract

Doctor LI Mo-lin is in teaching and inheritance of the experience of famous and veteran in massage in 1950's and 1960's. He founded the Li's massage genre, having a far-reaching influence on the contemporary massage technique. The author followed Mr Li Jian-wen learn the Li's massage genre, studied Li's book. Summarizing Li's academic thought as follow: 1)Li's massage is in the basic theories of Chinese medicine, massage pay attention to the overall, treatment based on syndrome differentiation. 2)Massage is guided by the meridian theory and centered on acupuncture technique. Acupuncture technique combined with massage manipulation. 3)Acupuncture technique can dredge meridian, stimulating the essence, and promotes the body's own repair. |
