| Abstract
|
| Autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) is a common organ-specific autoimmune diseases. Currently, AIT pathogenesis is unclear, hindering the development of new and effective treatment methods, development and application of AIT animal model is an important means of AIT research. Animal model approach AIT mainly heterologous antigens thyroid immunoassay. Transplantation of activated spleen cells in vitro, recombinant TSHR polypeptide immunoassay, cDNA Immunization to induce an immune method, high iodine-induced and spontaneous models. Discuss research progress through the animal model, and it aims to establish an economic and effective animal model system in order to further study the pathogenesis of AITD and prevention. |
