Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills(QSYS) in the treatment of patients with isolate myocardial bridge and angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrom). [Methods] The 60 patients with isolate myocardial bridge and angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrom) were randomized into two groups, 30 in the control group and 30 in the observed group. Both received conventional western medicinal treatment, with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills to the observed group additionally, for 8 weeks. The improvement of symptoms, the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ), the scores of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and Holter examination results between two groups were compared. [Results] After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rates of symptomatic improvement in the observed group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The SAQ in the observed group were significantly elevated, the scores of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the observed group were significantly decreased comparison to before treatment and control group respectively(P<0.05). The Holter examination results, including frequency of ischemic ST segment variation, longest persistence time, overall load of myocardial isehemia in the observed group were significantly decreased comparison to before treatment and control group respectively(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Qishen Yiqi dropping pills could elevate clinical therapeutic effect in the patients with isolate myocardial bridge and angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrom).
