| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe clinical efficacy of Yougui pill on the patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 2-3 with kidney Yang deficiency type. [Methods] The 80 patients were randomly divided into therapyeutic group (40 cases) and Control group (40 cases). Patients in therapyeutic group were given orally Yougui pill combined with integrated therapy, while patients in control group just only given integrated therapy. Before and after the treatment, serum creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate, 24 h urine protein quantity and accumulate points of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were measured. The observation period was 24 weeks. [Results] Serum creatinine, 24 h urine protein quantity in therapyeutic group were decreased significantly (P<0.05), and estimated glomerular filtration rate in this group increased significantly(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Yougui pill has a certain degree protection to early kidney injury. |
