Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of seven bioactive components in Weilikang Granules by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS). [Methods] Peoniflorin was select as an index, relative correction factors of Rutin, Naringin, Rosmarinic acid, Salvianolic acid B, Emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and Glycyrrhizic acid were established by UPLC and calculated to achieve QAMS. The accuracy of the new method was evaluated by comparing the results between QAMS and the external standard method. [Results] The analysis method was established and there is no significant difference between the calculated contents and the contents which were determined by external reference method in 10 batches of samples. [Conclusion] The QAMS method is reliable, accurate to control the quality of seven bioactive components of Weilikang granules. |
